My 10 month old daughter, Aaliyah Kelly Morrison-Jones, died unexpectedly on 19.11.08 after a brief stay in Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool. She was such a beautiful little girl, who’s smile lit up the room, and everybody who met her, fell in love with her. She is sorely missed by everybody who's life she was a part of.
We love and miss you. Our wish is that your memory will live on through this beautiful Snowflake Tribute. May the love you had for children live on through the support of this very special charity. God Bless you mum!
In memory of my big brother , the best friend that ever had. Memories keep flooding back of the times that we had together. From the early days when he taught me how to ride a bike , took me for my first driving lessons , and of course the good times that we had together as members of Cor Meibion Trelawnyd.

Hope House Children's Hospices needs to raise around £4.000.000 each year to care for terminally ill children and their families. We help to look after children in their homes or in our two Hospices Hope House in Oswestry and Ty Gobaith in Conwy, and we provide counselling and support to their parents, carers, brothers and sisters.
